Our frequently asked questions:

Our check-in time is 2pm, as this gives us enough time to prepare our caravan ready for your arrival.
Our check-out time on your last day is no later than 10am, this is to allow us enough time to inspect our caravan and to get it ready for our next guests.
We don't provide any passes with your stay, but these can be purchased on arrival from the holiday parks reception.
Yes, we love dogs. They must be fully house trained, well behaved and not left alone in our caravan. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs in our caravan, at a cost of £20 per dog, per stay. To comply with the holiday parks rules, we don't allow breeds that are on the dangerous dogs act. All dogs MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD when walking around the holiday park. Please ensure that you clean up after your dog.
Our caravan can sleep up to 8 guests at any on time, as we have a double room, 2 twin rooms and a pull out double bed in the lounge.
We have the following items available for you to use during your stay: Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket,
We have a large veranda with a lockable gate, as well as tables and chairs. (On Lyons Robin Hood).
We have FREE WIFI included as part of your stay (on Lyons Robin Hood), but we will will not be held liable for loss of connection, or poor signal etc, as this out of our control.
On the holiday park there is: A family bar, a sports bar and restaurant, outdoor bar, adults bar and cabaret, children's entertainers, indoor swimming pools, chip shop, mini supermarket, crazy golf, outdoor play area, amusement arcades indoor soft play area (under 5s), coffee shop and more.
We are centrally located between the swimming pools and the main complex, all of which are a few minutes walk away.
The beach is right opposite the holiday parks main entrance and only a few minutes walk away.
No barbeques are allowed on the holiday park, anyone seen lighting or using barbeques, may be asked to leave by the park.
